    I'd say "isteach is amach".

    Tá an geansaí iompaithe isteach is amach - the jumper turned is inside out.

    But I'm sure there are a few different ways of saying it!

    /edit - ah, you're thinking of an taobh tuathail amach, is it? That would work too!

    "Taobh tuathal amach" is the only one I've heard of anyway. It's the title of a Kíla song.
