    Hi all,
    My Partner and I currently hold a full depoist on a property in Balbriggan. There have been a change in circumstances and we a trying to get out of the contract. With agreement from both the Developer and Solicitor if we find another buyer for the property we can get out of the contract. Completion for the property is Mid June 2005.

    Anyone buying into this type of deal should definitely have professional advice.

    Everything is as buying a normal house. The legal advice is the same as with buying any other house. Basically the developer will let us out of the deal if we can find another buyer. then that buyer takes over all rights to the house and we are out.
