My laptop isn't charging. Sometimes (about 1 in 3 at the moment) when I put the power in, the 'power in' symbol appears. But the laptop doesn't charge. Any suggestions? I think its software related, because when I boot down. Remove the cable and the battery, leave it for 5 seconds and re-boot it works. My laptop: IBM…
