Mailing List Function

Hi, I need to put together a site with a simple mailing list function whereby a user can enter their email address into a form on the page and be automatically added to a mailing list. Would this be possible with Blacknight's basic linux package? Thanks.

Yes it would be possible.
Our basic package comes with php and perl support, as well as MySQL databases.
We offer a script installer with all our linux hosting packages that can make installation of common scripts a "breeze":
