I is off to college in Wales next year and was wondering if anyone knows what the freakin story is with licenses and insurance prices and such seeing as the actual people in offices who are paid to know are useless so far.
I'm on a provisional at the moment, should have my test done and passed hopefully by september and i'm planning on hgetting a small van, an escort or combi or something.

You need a full license and your insurance will cover for sometime, you need to check that with your insurance company and your policy for the rules.

You probably be quicker to do your test in UK when you get there :D
