odd trojan problem...

came into work today and the desktop has been replaced with the attached thing.
i ran symantec antivirus, adaware, and remover some rubbish with hijack this but cant get rid of the screen.desktop tab in display properties is missing.anyone have any ideas??

Please please remember the first two things to do immediately when you get a virus in Windows:

DISCONNECT PC.
BOOT INTO SAFE MODE.

Then start worrying.
