"ICN" stands For "Incognito"
Its the same Graf crew as was "RCS".
It comprises of two of the biggest/most widespread graf bombers in Dublin (if u think hard enough you can figure out which ones)

they're taggin they place up like its Marseille - European style

Writing the letters "ICN" is hardly graffiti. It seems to be everywhere at the moment, but I don't see any actual graffiti, y'know, like pictures n' stuff.

if i had a spray can (and far too much spare time on my hands) id go round town and write "p" before it and "ic" after it in the same writing

Do you think all graffiti is linked to hip hop or something? Or that anyone interested in graffiti talks like he is "street", Frankly if the graff is good on wall i couldnt give a ****e where he lives to be honest!
