I'm just curious to see if anyone has ever made a complaint to them.
I went in there to buy something on Friday and thought that the service was utterly crap.

Normally I wouldn't shop there, but I had recieved a gift voucher for BT. I'm browsed there a few times and saw this really cool shirt but thought at 130 it was expensive for a shirt, I figured hey i got a bonus from work why not waste the vouncher on the shirt and treat yourself.

When I went in to buy it the service was absolutely horrendous to the point where (despite haveing a voucher; ie- free money) I walked out. I then went down to BT to spend it there instead and the service (despite it was being 4:30 on a busy Saturday afternoon) was great.

I am thinking of writing in to complain, but part of me says "whats the point" has anyone ever written in before?

I think that most of the staff in BT2 are more concerned with trying to look good rather than helping any customers.

That's certainly the way it seems to be in the Blanchardstown store anyway. The staff in there act like they're on a mini catwalk, I doubt you could get a job in there unless you've some sort of a colour in your hair or are orange with fake tan - and that includes the fellas!
