www.pcadvisor.co.uk thats the best one I know of. They are not a load of idiots and are totally against the OC movements claims, so perfect for unbiased advice.

I used that site for my first build. Found it very good.

I also found some video's at the AMD site that show you how to properly seat the processor. Very helpful. www.amd.com
