It wont delete

Last night I downloaded a video file and it wont play properly. So I decided to just delete it, but whenever I try to delete it it says it's it use by another program or person. I dont see what program is using it, checked the task manager and closed everthing that I didnt need. Anyone see this before? Anyone know how the…

Have you tried to enter safemode and try and delete it from there -

I know there other little tools available on the web that you can download - have a google for it " search on the message it gives you"

Safemode should be fine if you do it that way

I've heard of this problem before ... if i recall correctly you have to select it, give it about 30 seconds to a minute and then delete it.

I remember reading the thread about it before on here but cant remember exact solution *searches*
