    No rain for 2 million years in the Antarctic Dry Valleys

    They have looked at the sand grains underneath, and no evidence of exposure to water in 2 million years, except in one of the valleys that has a lake.

    Seen it on TV too. And here is the werid bit - there was a dead seal there !
