Just cogged this off The Custard, lots of new stuff which actually might be pretty good.
The Thick Of It Thursday 12 May 2005, BBC4 – Political comedy, devised and directed by Armando Iannucci, showing what happens when a Minister has to do what No.10 tells him. Stars Chris Langham as the Minister for Social Affairs, Peter Capaldi as his policy coordinator and Chris Addison as his junior policy advisor. Starts this week

Full Power 2006, BBC2 – Comedy about the dysfunctional crew of a spaceship that travels around the galaxy trying to promote Britain in the 22nd century. At the forefront of this expeditionary force is the HMS Camden, helmed by the irrepressible, if a little tetchy, commander Henderson. Ably assisted by a committed but slightly accident prone crew that includes a sociopath, a sycophant and a sarcastic hacker, the commander steers his ship through the stars, giving orders from his big swivelly chair. Created by Black Books' writers Kevin Cecil and Andy Riley.

Who Killed the Sitcom? 2005, Channel 4 – Documentary by former ITV controller David Liddiment on the crisis in British sitcoms.

The Real Good Life 2005, ITV1 – Series following three families as they quit their day jobs and attempt to lead self sufficient lives. T

Monkey Trousers Friday 20 May 2005, ITV1 – A new name for The All Star Comedy Show, starring Steve Coogan, Mackenzie Crook, Alistair McGowan, Ronni Ancona, Mark Benton, Angus Deayton, Rebecca Front, Tim Healy, Neil Morrissey, John Thomson, Patsy Palmer and Griff Rhys Jones.

Rock School 2005, Channel 4 – Six-part series from RDF Media in which Kiss frontman Gene Simmons teaches a group of teenage schoolchildren about the history of rock, how to write songs and the art of performance. The 13-year-old pupils come from St Christ's Hospital School in West Sussex where the uniform includes a 16th-century frock coat. A second series has already been commissioned.

Mock The Week June 2005, BBC2 – Topical satire show hosted by Dara O'Briain with regulars Rory Bremner, Jo Brand, Jeremy Hardy, Linda Smith, Marcus Brigstocke and Frankie Boyle.

Chancer 2005, ITV1 – Return of the drama starring Clive Owen as Steven Crane, a man who changes the lives of everyone he meets. Working for Kleber’s Bank, he's a sharp, sexy, devious and dangerous operator who uses whatever method he feels is necessary to get on, be it lying, cheating, blackmail, bluffing or just simple luck. Great/suprising To See this back

Car Nation spring 2005, BBC2 – Series on motoring behaviours and obsessions.

    Mike.
