    I live in a remote area in Roscomon and there isnt a hope in hell off boardband coming my way is there any other option with a monthly fee of 40 euro

    if there is a group Broadband Scheme in your area, or one potentially in the pipeline. The best person to contact for your area would be the regional co-ordinator:

    that is prob your best option, not too sure about getting it for under €40 - i very much doubt it!
