    How do I set my phone up to go on the internet? I am on O2-UK. I rang the helpline and it cost me £4 and didnt work :mad:
    Anyone able to help me?

    Assuming you have a Nokia...go to the nokia site and use the links to send you all the settings configurations in an SMS. Then save the SMS. O2's Irish site has this facility....I'm sure the UK one does too. Premium rate helplines? One born every minute (no offence)
    If your SIM is an older type it may have problems with GPRS...in that case you'd need a replacement SIM.
