anybody planning on buying a 350D soon?

If there's anybody planning on buying a Canon 350D in the next month and you want to save a good bit of money let me know. I'm photographing an event in June and was thinking of buying a new Canon 350D in New York as a second camera body, using it for the 6 days I'll need it and then selling it afterwards. So you'd get a virtually brand new camera with warranty from a reputable New York shop. I reckon it will be better than me spending about €350 to rent a camera for a week?

anybody have any interest in the idea?

I'll know tomorrow what price it cost me including tax and VAT so then I can a hundred or so off the price but i may end up keeping it and not selling it at all if I find it too useful to not have to change lenses
