I have an Icon on my taskbar (Belkin Pre N Wireless utility, if its relevant) It opens in minimised form. Instructions say to click on expand at bottom of screen. However this icon is out of view. I can't seem to stretch this "window". How? Please? PS, The top right only has an X and a ?, no nice square PPS Running XP Pro
