Problem with shortcuts

    So, here is my problem.

I have a folder, say called 'Folder A'. Within Folder A, there are two folders, Folder B & C. Folder B contains files (.doc, .xls, .ppt). Folder C contains windows shortcuts to those files.

The shortcuts work fine on my computer, i.e. C:\Folder A\Folder B\spreadsheet.xls. I want to zip the whole folder structure, and send it to a client, but when he receives it on his computer, the 'Shortcuts' don't work.

Any suggestions how I can fix this?

    Cheers.

the shortcuts won't work unless everything is in the exact same place on his harddrive as on yours

you'd have to tell him to extract the zip file to the root of his C: drive

edit:// and of course he'd have to have m$office installed
