Another tragic day in Iraq Vs light plane goes off course

Yesterday was one of the worst days of the new Iraqi Government.
Over 70 people slain by multiple bombings.
With the president away on foreign duty promoting his vision for "world democracy", this wouldnt go down well in the home media.
Low and behold, early in the morning, a huge security alert causing panic in Washington as a light plane vears of course into the no fly zone.
It made all the news wires and was headline news that day.
Perhaps I've become oh so cynical of the current administration, but call it a nice "diversion" if you will, to re-enforce the ever present "threat" the US are under... or so they are to be believed.

Anyone else think this when they heard the events unfold?

Yes, there are a lot of conspiracy theories going around on this. It does seem a bit strange that they could go off course that easy.

"Oh look, a huge fecking tall phallic symbol near a really large white house and a building with a dome like a capitol...wonder where we are anyway?"
