Need a Review of E-Machines...

My bro wants to get a pc.. I offered to build him one but he doesn't have the budget for that so he's been looking around and he found this one -

    E Machines
    Intel Pentium 4 515 Processor
    2.93GHz Clock Speed, 533MHz FSB, 1Mb Cache
    512Mb DDR RAM
    250Gb Hard Disk
    Multi Format Dual Layer DVD-ReWriter
    7 x USB 2.0, Intel Graphics Media Acc 900
8 in 1 Media Card Reader
    15" TFT Monitor
HP 1317 All in One Printer
    Media Suite Software Package
    Fuji A605 Digital Camera
    Windows XP Home Edition

    Euro 999

Looks like a pretty decent package to me (for what my brother wants to do with it which is a bit of internet etc., don't think he's going to be doing much gaming on it) but I don't have a clue about these manufacturers, I prefer to build myself.
So any opinions/recommendations/warnings on E-machines would be appreciated....

Gateway own and they use cheap components. Support is crap.

They're same company as Gateway, just re-invested and re-branded. They're alright, fairly good value for money. Obviously no gaming at all will be done on it, with integrated graphics.

    The camera isn't great.
