Ever wondered what WIndows Xp would be like if it was not made by microsoft but by some famous celebrity or fictional character.

well lets here how you imagine it would work here are some examples:

Windows XP done by Dungeons and Dragons.

To start Windows Xp the user must roll 3 or higher on the dice. To access www.boards.ie the user must be a net surfer level 2 or higher. Net surfers level 5 gain access to msn messenger. One can only become a Troll level 1 if they are net surfer level 6 or above. Soltaire player level 9 or above can become dungeon masters. To access microsoft word one must have the paperclip of knowledge.

Windows XP done by Quinten Tarintino

The start bar would be the Macintosh bar, but will have the tarintino signature on it, it will use linux coding and will play ps2 games.

    Windows XP by George Lucas

When you turn the computer off and restart it, the windows logo appears like the star wars symbol and then you will have a running text describing everything you have done the last time you used the computer. Once inside an annoying jar jar binks animated icon will tell you how everything you've done in word or other programs, has been reinvented for continuity purposes, digitally remastered and improved much over the original. All your word documents will be altered to add cute furry characters who speak in jibberish languages (including Excel documents)

    lets see some creativity.

Don't be silly, Microsoft didn't make Windows XP. It was designed by Fisher Price. And let's be honest, their quality control ain't what it used to be when they were making toy garages!

Windows XP made by Invader Zim and fixed, operated and replaced by GIR

As you turn it on, you may have to wait a while for it to notice you.
There is no music, no sound at all. And you can't do anything, logging on doesn't work. Then you hear it, very loudly, and far too high pitched. "I'M RUNNING!"

The cursor occassionally wanders towards bright or pretty things.

You click undo, it giggles and automatically the cursor moves out of control to click redo.

You're watching, hypothetically, a porn movie, or something you don't want to be caught watching. If you press stop partway through a film, it'll assume you don't want someone present to see it, and so will yell "I'm gonna watch it again" and so will play it unstoppably until finished, and then will randomly repeat it for who knows how long.

You get an error, and the icons run around in a random conga line with laughter and a screach of "oo, woo, hoo, I'm dancing, heee I can boogie."

You receive a virus. It screams "WHAT IS IT!", you indicate that it's a virus, it pauses... "WHAT IS IT!!". After a short while, the cursor begins to head towards the relevant file, making curious and interested noises. You have to drag the cursor away, or else, inevitably, it will activate it.

It will also randomly fall off its perch, followed by a high pitched "HI FLOOR! MAKE ME A SANDWICH!"

    ;)
