Technically, what is an illegal sexual act (for money)?

Prostitution is illegal under certain circumstances.

So, if two people sit in a room naked, touch themselves but not each other. Is this illegal if money changes hands?

If not, what if bodily fliud "lands" on the other person?

Yes, this is a strange question, but I'm curious as to what, technically, is an illegal sexual act (for money.)

If this is legal, how long before clubs start doing things like this??

I don't think there is a strict definition of "sexual act" for most of these laws, but I understand physical contact is considered a necessary component.

I dont understand why prostitution is Illegal. Why is it illegal to pay for something, its legal to give away?

I also dont understand why anyone would visit a skanky hooker anyway, but thats a different matter.
