Mercury TV Tuner card not saving channels

I have just installed the above tv card, and when I run auto scan, none of the channels are saved, although I see them flash up during the scan. I have tried reinstalling the software/ drivers but no luck. Have used a TV to check the cable signal is good.

i had the same problem with a mercury tv card. cant remember how i made them save originally tbh. but here's the full list of frequencies. type in those frequencies and names and then click save or add a new channel. it'll be much faster than doing the fully scan thing anyway
