Private Management Companies

    Hello - doing a bit of research on these.

    Just wanted to know if it's only Fingal County Council that uses these or are the other councils that use them too?

    Anybody who pays fees to these companies...are you satisfied, do you think it's fair and what's the level of service?


    Would love a few replies on this. Thanks!!

    I'm not aware of them using Private Management Companies in council estates, but certainly they would be used where the council acquired properties in private developements. Dublin City Council's Estates Department does use private contractors, especially for maintainence and car park management, but they seem to do the management themselves.
