Looking to rent a convertable for two weeks in spain(alicante) I feel like splashing out as the flights only cost me €140..

Can anyone recomend car hire companies?? I've seen prices as high as €1400 and €650 here, the cheapest i can find..

easyCar have some good rates for alicante, but convertibles don't seem to feature! - check out www.easycar.com

I always use www.drivespain.com for Alicante & Murcia rentals - prices depend on your age & the time of year, but convertibles are the most expensive car you can rent!

Also try WWW.CARJET.COM although I think they are part of the drivespain site.

Try www.mydublincarhire - They are currently offering peugot 2.6 Cabriolet or similar for 2 weeks in July for 702 euro. They are agents for Argus car hire which use all the major rental companies an find the cheapest deals. You probably end up getting a car from Hertz or one of the well known firms for a lot less that you would pay if you went straight to them.
Small deposit up front - pay the rest on pick up.

    Good Luck
