M50 toll - lets stand up and be counted

Those bloody people who own the M50 toll bridge are getting too much money from us. So here is what I think we should do. Every Monday for the next three weeks feel free to use the M50 but make sure that no one crosses the toll bridge.

I reckon that it would be a radical statement that we, the public, are sick of being ripped off and are not going to take it any longer. I am not sure exactly how much money they take in per day but you can bet that they would feel the pinch if they had to go three days of the month without a single penny coming in.

Sure you can lose your job if you want to. I think most people will just keep on paying.

Of course they will. The general public is, by and large, stupid. They won't take a stand against the M50 because they are too lazy/afraid, such as the poster above. All the while, the company who are raking in the cash, sit back and laugh.

Ah, no my problem is using Monday, people want to keep their jobs you know and arriving late probably wont help them.
