    Any thoughts on these?

I normally play the 9/10 handed tables, and have very reasonable ITM return.

Does anyone specialise in the 6 handed STT, what is the 'Boards' thinking?

Combinations of quicker games, higher % per hour, reduced prize money.

Anyone done any analysis? ...... (Hector maybe)?

Over the last 6/7 weeks I have been specialising in 6 handed STT.The idea behind it was to inprove my short handed game. Now I find I have played to many 6 handed games and when I go back to a full table it feels a bit strange.

But it has improved my short handed game alot. The payout is not great as you really have to win it to make any decent cash with most sites been about twice the buy in for second. The way I play them is very tight ontill one or two are knocked out and then take of the brakes.

i play mainly $10 stts on ppp and have recently moved from 9 seaters to 6 seaters much to the benefit of my bankroll.i reckon there is more value in the 6 seaters as you only have to beat 4 players to get in the money. the payout on ppp is $21 for 2nd and $39 for 1st,whearas in a 9seater the payout is $18 for 3rd,27 for 2nd, and 45 for 1st. Thus in a 9 seater you have to beat 6 players to get $18 back, whearas you get $21 back for beating 4 in the 6seaters,so for me the value is really in the 6 seaters. As well as this, with 6 seater games the starting stacks and blind structure are exactly the same as the 9 seaters so it allows for a lot more play which is to the benefit of good players when down to 3 or 4 handed compared with the 9 seater games which regulary turn into an all-in fest at this stage.
