    Large Room available for a professional non-smoker only in the City Centre. English must be first language. Room comes with its own Bathroom (although it is not ensuite). Sharing 2 bedroom, modern apartment with a young professional couple, who are looking for someone of similar age.

    The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from St.Stephans Green, 2 minutes from the nearest LUAS station, and 15 minutes from the nearest DART station.

    The current occupant of the room is in the process of moving out, and the room will become available as soon as this is complete, June 4th at the absolute latest, although it is much more likely to be before then.

    EDIT: Updated the link, took down Phone Number (its up on daft if you want it), and changed email slightly

    The Landlord actually does have parking available, which is currently rented out but is coming to the end of it lease. Could find out how much it is per year. failing that there are other parking spaces in the building (underground car park) which other tenants may have available,
