Pre-BB: [RUMOURS] X-Ray Cameras? First Night Eviction?
    08 May 2005

As expected, in the run up to Big Brother the tabloids always print their fair share of rumours to help generate interest in the upcoming series - however, not all of the reports in the past have just been speculation.

The People today printed a story reporting that Big Brother bosses at Endemol have ordered the installation of several X-Ray James Bond style cameras, that will reveal the under-the-cover bed time activities of the housemates.

Producers are said to have told The People that this will help to put an end to the 'did-they-or-didn't-they' speculation that has taken place in previous years, with Michelle and Stuart, Jade and PJ and Claire and Craig.

The tabloid also reports that producers are said to be planning an 'early' shock eviction, to help secure high ratings figures against ITV1's new reality show, "Celebrity Love Island."

The paper quotes a Big Brother spokesperson as saying: "This year viewers will also have more power. From the moment all 12 contestants go into the house, the phone lines will be open for them to kick one out. Then they'll have the chance to replace them a night later."

"The idea is to really mess with the contestants' heads and see how they cope. There are a lot of surprises planned this year. Viewers will have to wait and see what's in store."

We certainly will... stick with us for the latest!

I dunno why they even bother with an early shock eviction. It's totally stupid. What's the point of them even going into the house if one of them is gonna be evicted after an hour! Tiz so dumb!
