Bookmarks Toolbar Folder Logos in Firefox

Hi, Some help please. I'm a bit of a noob at webdesign. I use firefox to browse and notice that when you save some sites in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder, the sites come up as tiny logos there. Not all sites seem to do this. I just wondering how would I go about adding that feature to my site?
