    No it does not look like a camera looking at a TV... what you might be mistaking for static are simply bugs attracted to the light.. other than lots of bugs there is nothing spooky..
    Only thing in it is a slight shadow that seems to get a tiny bit closer... thats all. could be anything. Certainly not a ghost.

    Yeah we've had it before. the general concensus was that it was just a blurry black blur and we couldnt possibly know anything more.

    ? looks really fake.

    firstly it is pointed at a tv (at least the second half of it) cause when it shakes you can see the edge of the screen in the lower right corner.

    secondly the black shape seems to be someone under a sheet cause when they turn back you can make out the back of their foot. i think its sped up so it looks like its going too quick (hence no sound and the apparant inhuman speed of the person in question)

    the video is of someone under a sheet run towards the camera and back, the camera is looking at the screen also, and the clip is played 3 times as each time it's the same clip, but faster.
