Komplett have a HP for €129, which would seem like a very good deal.

Havent bought this but just to say I have dealt with Komplett in the past
I bought a full High Spec PC before Christmas from them. It came in boxes for self assembly
They are a very good supplier and I couldnt fault either the PC I got or the service

I don't think there is are phenomenal differences between cheap laser printers from the established brands (HP, Epson, Lexmark etc.) They will all produce crisp text (while not being very good for photos at all) at a media cost cheaper than an inkjet.

That one seems plenty fast and has decent resolution (600dpi enhanced to 1200dpi - this is pretty standard, and should give you perfectly smooth text that you would need a microscope to have issues with).

The key deciders for me would be initial price and replacement costs.

There are two bits that need replacing in a laser - the drum and the toner cartridge. You need to find out how many pages each of these is rated for, and what the replacement cost for each is in order to make a decision. The toner needs replacing more often than the drum; if you are a light user there is a good chance you will never need to replace the drum. Indeed I have had an Epson EPL-5700 for the last five years and have never had to replace either toner or drum!

You might also bear in mind if doing comparisons that the printers are often sold with a reduced capacity toner cartridge, so you might have to get your first sooner than your second.

Bottom line however is that this printer would appear a bargain at €129...
