I think the anti-wrinkle thing is all lies.

You could wear sunscreen though - supposedly, sunlight is bad for wrinkles and at least, it will give the real benefit of guarding against skin cancer.

I have worked in the beauty industry as they call it. You gotta be very careful with what you use. Depends on how old you are etc. With most of the companies they use chemicals in them, which IMO ain't good for the skin. Best thing is to use sunscreen every day, even if it is not sunny as the suns rays still come down. Also use it on your hands as it is these that age first, ever see an older woman with loads age spots on her hands... Also lush do chemical free skincare. It's really nice! And smells great!

If you do want to use anti-aging creams, where do ya start!! Well there's a brand called Darphin that has really nice skincare. It's a french range and i think you can only get it in House of Frasier in Dundrum. It used to be in BT's. You could always get it online I suppose. It can be a tad expensive though. There's always L'oreal which alot of people like. Lancome is part of the same company and from what I can see its the same products just different packaging!!

Go into Brown Thomas, Arnotts or bigger chemists and ask about the different creams. Ask for samples and never buy without trying!! With all the different ingredients, there is so much you can be allergic to! Bring in your own little pots if they dont give samples and fill them up. People do it all the time and the counter staff won't care!

But you gotta face it, there's no cure to wrinkles only slowing down the aging process and sun damage. Drink plenty of water and have a healthy diet and that will give you a healthly complexion and if you have a few lines people won't notice.

    Hope that helps. :D
