Strange Astra (19.2 E) reception problem

I live in Dublin and have a FTA satellite system with a Nokia receiver which was installed in 1999. The dish is 1.0m with dual LNBs. The central LNB is for Hot Bird (13.0 E) and the offset LNB is for Astra (19.2 E). The installer recommended that it be insatlled this way. Up to now I have been able to receive channels from both satellites without any problems. My receiver indicates that the Astra siginals are weaker than the Hot Bird signals although this is hardly noticeable when watching TV.

Recently I tuned in some channels from Astra 1E (transponder 20 / frequency 11509) - Cubavisión, Real Madrid TV and La Latina TV. I had also previously tuned in some other channels from Astra 1E (transponder 32 / frequency 11685) - Andalucía TV, TV de Galicia, etc. According to the Astra website these two transponders (20 and 32) have the same footprint. Yet I have excellent reception at all times and in all weather conditions of the transponder 32 channels (Andalucía TV, etc.), but variable and generally poor reception of the transponder 20 channels (Cubavisión, etc.). The only pattern I have noticed is that the transponder 20 channels are normally watchable early in the morning (e.g. around 7.30 a.m. before I go to work) but totally unwatchable in the evening.

I submitted this query through the Astra website a few days ago, but did not receive any response. I'm wondering why there is such a difference between transponders with the same footprint and if there is anything I can do to address this problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Could be slight misalaingment over time, should really work fine on all transponders with this set up.
