    Hi,
We are trying to get a skatepark in Lisburn and are also trying to change bad image of extreme sports up here such as bmxing, blading and skating. we need to do this research to show the council that we shouldn't have a bad image. In order to show this, could you please answer this questionare:
p.s you dont have to answer any of them if you dont want to but plz do

    Gender? male or female
    Age?
    Occupation?
    Location/County?
Which extreme sport are you interested in or taking part in?
How long have you been doing this?
    Do you go to skateparks?
    If yes, how often?
Should there be a skatepark in Lisburn and why?

    Thank you.

P.S: Next meeting is on the 17th of May, 4:30, Lisburn YMCA. For details e-mail: themadman88m@hotmail.com

    Gender? Male
    Age? 26
    Occupation? Freelance writer
    Location/County? Dublin, Ireland
Which extreme sport are you interested in or taking part in? Skateboarding
How long have you been doing this? approx. 12yrs
Do you go to skateparks? Yes
If yes, how often? 2-4 times weekly
Should there be a skatepark in Lisburn and why? There should since there is a lack of facilities for something our politicians, government and local council have been dismissing as a fad for the past few decades, which shows no sign of coming to a halt anytime soon. More and more people take it up every day, whether it be on a bmx, blades or a skateboard. Facilities are required for such activities, unless people wish to continue putting up with people skating on the street in public areas.

    Gender? male
Occupation? Several, part time ebay buyer and resell to ireland, basically look for bargains, mostly dont get many but I enjoy it at night to relax, also freelance photography and going to university next year (yay back to education)
    Location/County? Corkonia where else!
Which extreme sport are you interested in or taking part in? BMX (interested in getting one, downhill mountain biking (loved this since I was small)
How long have you been doing this?Years lots of them.
Do you go to skateparks? Not a hope in hell.
If yes, how often? Never have never will.
Should there be a skatepark in Lisburn and why? If there is support for it and enough of that support, and the "yippiees" that go to them are willing to support it both physically and in a cash sense then yes. Otherwise no as the one that used to be in cork was a mess and got a bad name and deserved to be closed.
