Francesco Casagrande why why??? u were an "old style pro"........did all the classics & tours.....man you will be a legend in my eyes,once more i bid farwell to another great Italian hero,farewell..........you will be missed!!!!!!!

the sad thing is here, on a personal note, the legends that I saw in the magazines when I had my aspirations are retiring, one by one.

the peleton is reshaping - this man was a legend. Not a true great, but damn good

thats what I was thinking too uberwolf. In the last little while a number of my favourite riders have retired: Cipollini, Tafi, Bartoli, Virenque, Zuelle

If it wasn't for Ullrich and Scanlon (and the rest of the Irish boys) I wouldn't know who to cheer for...
