Hey. i contributed to a thread about the civil defence recently, but i just came back to get some info from it and i see its gone. firstly, what is the story with this?? and secondly, who do i speak to about joining the water unit in dublin?? thanks

The CD threead is still there, just has been no posts for a while so you need to fiddle with the settings to see it.
