Cygwin

I downloaded cygwin recently to run KDE from http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/, but it won't work because it says I'm missing cygqt-mt-3.dll. I tried googling it, but couldn't find a download site, and I tried downloading cygwin again, but no luck. Anyone know where I can get it?
Also, is there actually any use for cygwin or will the novalty wear out eventually?
