FOKO re-opening?

Does anybody know what is going on with Foko? I know it shut down and thought it had gone bust. On sunday I happend to go by thestore and it appeared to have a new sign showing thier website www.foko.ie but there is nothing there. Are they opneing up again or is it just an old sign?
