Garage conversion & dry lining

    Hi All

I have purchased a "fixer upper" for my sins. While Mrs G and myself are in agreement that certain things need to be done immediately (new electrics, plumbing & windows) we are discussing the merits of other aspects of the build. In particular a garage conversion & dry lining.

I was wondering the cost (approx) of extending the kitchen into the garage, converting the rest of the garage into a "livable" area & drylining the house.
The house is in south dublin. If anyone out there can recommend a builder that would be great

    Hi LiamG,

Maybe you should consider hiring a Professional to do up a list of the works in order of importance.

Anything further without a complete survey is nothing more or less than guess work on my part.
