Did he spend any time in a prison or similar institution? Could have been from the soap dropping etc.

Maybe his knees don't bend past 45 degrees and he was embarassed you might learn of his anatomical problem? You might then figure that he has to sh1te standing up and tell everyone?

Even if it is a cent, you making €18 an hour picking it up!!

It takes say 2 seconds max to pick up a cent, so you making 30c per minute which equals €18 per hour. So every time you refuse to pick up a cent, your refusing a job which pays €18 per hour, 2 cent, €36 per hour, 10c €180 per hour, €1, €1,800 per hour, so basically by not picking it up, he was refusing a job that pays €3,600 per hour.

If its a 5c, sometimes. 10c and higher, I pick it up. If its shrapnel (1c & 2c), I never pick it up. Sometimes refuse it. Its bloody annoying.

You could be earning €36 per hour.

It doesn't matter that you don't have enough to pick up for that hour, it just matters that you have 1 to pick up and what you are earning is €36 ph for 2c. Not too shabby at all.

You're only earning 36 euro per hour if you're picking up 2c coins for the entire hour.... I don't think many people do that, most coordinated people might drop 2c once a week, or less.. which means, you're refusing a job that pays 2c per week/forthnight. Yeah, I think I'll take a raincheck on that one.

No, the actual job of picking the 2c up takes 2 seconds max. It doesn't matter that you don't have enough to pick up to last you an hour in one go. Your doing a 2 second job for a €36 per hour rate.

Yeah I know what you mean.. but... 2c man! :D

What if you throw your back out doing it, and end up permanently paralysed? Worth that for 2c?! ;)

It's not 2c:P its a €36 per hour job!! hehe.

And for a €2 coin its a 3,600 per hour job;)

It's good for you too. Good excercise. :)
