    Hey Littlejay,

Irish Sea Express have just launched a new service to Liverpool. Takes 4 hours (its a Catamaran thingy). Goes at 2pm from Dublin Port. Go to irishseaexpress.com or ring them on 0044 870 11 22 222. Call them very early in the morning and they might have a seat available.

P & O also have a conventional ferry that goes at 10am as far as I know. It takes a fair bit longer but should still get you there in time for the game.

    Cheers,

    Pete

Either the 11.10 Stena ferry from DunLaoghaire or the 12.15 Irish Ferries from Dublin and train connections would get you in Liverpool in time. About 5 hours total for each.

It is better if you don't want a long ferry trip. AFAIR the return fare is about €60 all inclusive and you can come back on any sailing (with the same company) you want.
