Couple of questions for ye that maybe ye can help me out with??

1) How come i like cheese and i like cake but i dont like cheesecake?

2) Can soup make ya pee?

3) How come when i close one eye i see everything once but when iv my two eyes open i still only see everything once and not double?

4) Whats the deal with yops? Are they a drink or a yogurt?

5) What are you wearing?

6) Where am i going with this?

1 Because you are not thinking logically. If you were and you liked ALL cake and CHEESECAKE is a type of cake then you are being logically inconsistent. It seems you are displaying how the use of words differs from the formal understanding of the concepts which underly those words and how those concepts relate formally to each other.

In short the use of words may ascribe a certain looseness and vagueness to the meaning behind them or "the map is not the territory"

2. I don't think soup can make you do anything. Have you talked to this person you call soup? Maybe perhaps you mean may certain types of the FOOD called soup be absorbed into human tissue and the water molocules therein eventually become deposited in urine in the bladder. I would think the answer to that is obvious since soup as generally constituted contains water.

Of course dried soup powder wouldnt have this effect.

3. Without going into the nature of perception and reality in great detail you actually DO see things double. This is why you have depth perception and visual parallax.

4. Depends on where you define a liquid or a solid. Certain liquids have the property where they stiffen under impact. Indeed maybe ALL yoghurts can be defined as drinks which bring us back to your earlier set definition problem.

5. Quite thin on my patience at your silly questions. They remind me of a purile joke where different questions are substituted and the same answers read back.
