How to take careca out of a 25stt

5 Handed, 25$ stt, blinds are 50 100 and I am the chip leader with 5.5k, Careca has around 3k. Everyone folds to me in the SB and I complete with 45s. The flop is 2 3 7 rainbow. I lead out for 200 with my open ended straight and backdoor flush draws, careca makes it 600 with 27o (2 pair). I resist the temptation to move in…

The turn is a 6 giving me the straight, I check and careca bets 400; I move in and he calls.

Should have raised preflop, never slowplay.
