Sharp gx20 or Sharp gx25 Insurance Claim

i lost my phone today, and some asshole has it now. i rang it and he keeps answering its says ive got a worry number and its hes phone, :mad: :mad: :mad: so mad!!!
i rang vodfone and got the sim barred and the imei number barred so he can us the phone. but now im with out a phone, i have insurance and i taught i get a replacement straight away. oh no!!
i have to go to a vodafone store get the claim form faxed thier and then fax it back wait to see if they'll approve the claim and then wait 2 days before i can have my new phone..

i had the sharp gx20, but i noticed that vodafone dont do it anymore, would this mean i get the next avaiable one, the sharp gx 25!! or even gx30!!

The GX30 is the natural replacement and what you should expect it to be replaced with, UNLESS they have a stock of refurbished GX20's - it really depends on what your insurance policy stated. As for the loss/theft, you've really done all you could reasobably do - and have the satisfaction of knowing it now of no further use to them.

i sent the claim off today. and on the claim form it had the gx20 as the replacement, hopefully they;ll have none and i get a sharp gx25.. but my dream phone is the sony ericsson k750i cant wait for that to be released ill be the first in line to get it...

update on the insurance claim.
i sent the fax off yesterday to the claims compnay and this morning the post man deliveried me a brand new SHARP GX 25.. which so much better than my sharp gx20
