    Wait, I think this is a colloquial Chinese way of saying "you are crazy". i.e You are 420. Not sure though

    I think its a purely an american thing. it comes from some school district in america that closed at four twenty and some students "went for an extracurricular activity" if my memory serves

    I knew what it was, so it wasn't cheating for me.

    Originated in some US school where they used to meet up at 4.20pm for such activities.

    And as a result April 20th is known in some circles as International Weed Day. As usual it's not until a week or so after the date that I am reminded about it.

    Thats 5150 you're thinking of, although thats not chinese, so I could be wrong.
