Help Downloading CD tracks onto Nokia 6230

I have a Nokia 6230 and the Bluetooth attachment for my laptop. I am trying to download a CD track from computer to MP3 in the phone. It seems to receive the file OK, but when I try to play it back I get a "Format not Supported" message. Can anyone help me? I'm sure it's a simple solution....

Use freerip to get the mp3, then move it to the card on your phone again.

What format are you ripping the cd track to?
You need to rip to mp3 format(not wav or wma or ogg) and then send it across to your phone
