Plan on replacing motherboard, goal is to keep existing hardware.
The one i'm considering looks good, but for RAM it says
    3x 184pin DDR
DDR Standard DDR 400 (PC 3200)

I've got 3 dims of 184 pin DDR however mine is PC2100, is that going to work on this board?

Yes it will work, but at the slower speed

What CPU will you use with the new motherboard?

you might need to set the memory to run at 266mhz in the bios, or it'll probally happen automatically
