bike parts for pilfering?

    Rear rim on my sh1tty commuter has got to be replaced.
    Local bike shop wants 40e for one (they'd fit it and keep existing cassette)
    But i am loathe to spend any money on this commuter.
    Got any spare rims 700x420?
    Or know any abandoned bikes that could be pilfered?
