Barneys Breakfast Bar do great all day breakfasts type things, very filling and great weed (laughing buddha, oh yeah!)

theres this argentinian steak house about too, its the same road that the flying pig downtown is on, out the flying pig and turn left, only bout 5 minutes away its on the left as soon as you cross the road

Abraxas is a great bar/coffee shop, grey area also and blues brothers

The Argentinian steakhouses are the best alright, either Gauchos or La Pampa, both have a few restaurants around town.

For bars, you should head to Leidseplein or Rembrandtplein, there's loads of choice there to suit all tastes. For clubs, Escape on the Rembrandtplein is popular, but you usually have to queue to get in, others are listed here

Bars are open so late that most people don't go to clubs, but if you want a bop, you should be able to find something on the list.

    Enjoy!

look out for a free mag(on the streets or outside its comedy club) called boom chicago

inside is a handy guide to the best restraunts(and hookers and weed and coffee and arts and everything else in amsterdam) with some good offers, 2 for 1 or staff discount or 15% off and the likes(just on the food mostly, not the hookers :P )

Just back yesterday on a weekend away with the lads.
Saw Ajax play at home. Grasshopper is a good bar.
