IBM Thinkpad 760ED BIOS

Hi All, I have a IBM Thinkpad 760ED,I do have the BIOS password but I'm unable to change it in the BIOS.I believe it's F10 to enter BIOS but can't seem to find the option to disable or change the password. Please help!!!! thanks Mario
